Doorstep car wash: how we use under two litres of water

A full exterior clean in an apartment car park, without a hose, a bucket line or a puddle.

Encapsulation, not rinsing

A polymer-rich waterless solution is sprayed onto one panel at a time. The polymers surround each dirt particle and lift it off the surface, so it comes away into the towel rather than being dragged across the paint.

Why it is safe — within limits

On light to moderate soiling it is genuinely paint-safe, often safer than a careless bucket wash. On heavy mud or dried cement it is not, and we will tell you to book a studio wash instead rather than take the risk.

What the crew brings

Everything, including their own water. No tap, no drain and no run-off, which is what makes it workable in societies that have banned car washing in the parking area.

The environmental maths

A conventional hose wash uses well over a hundred litres. This uses under two. Across a fleet doing a few hundred washes a month, that difference stops being a rounding error.
