Where we opened

Six new cities went live this quarter, each with a studio and at least two doorstep vans. Coverage radius for on-demand services is 20 km from the studio for washing and 30 km for roadside assistance.

Subscription washes now roll over

Unused washes on a monthly plan now carry into the following month, up to one month's worth. Enough people told us that a travel month meant paying for nothing that it was clearly the right change.

Technician training

Every new city opens with technicians trained at an existing studio rather than locally hired and briefed. It slows an opening by about three weeks and is the main reason the work is consistent between cities.
